The Castle of Mercey is a wine of a beautiful ruby red. Au nez le vin développe des notes chocolatées et fruitées. On the nose the wine develops chocolate and fruity notes. En bouche on trouve des aromes fruitées et des notes poivrées. On the palate there are fruity aromas and peppery notes. Les tanins sont charnus. The tannins are fleshy.
